What a session looks like

Each hour follows the same rhythm, so players know what to expect and parents can see the progress.

  1. Warm-up and footwork

Movement prep, then the footwork that every skill that day depends on.

  2. Skill work

The main focus, taught in small pieces. Coach Isaac explains why each piece matters, then adds speed and contact.

  3. Game reps and a takeaway

Use the skill against pressure, then finish with one or two things to practice at home.

Common questions

Where do sessions happen?

Across Dallas at YMCAs, recreation centers, parks and client home courts. When you book, pick the location that works for you. Any gym entry fees are paid by the family.

What ages do you train?

Youth players through high school seniors. If your player is just starting out, that's welcome too. We'll start with the basics.

Do you only train post players?

No. Coach Isaac trains guards, wings and bigs. Post play and post defense are his specialty, and guards gain a lot from learning to post up and defend bigger players.

What should my player bring?

Basketball shoes, a water bottle and a ball if they have one. Coach Isaac brings the rest of the equipment.

How do I pay?

Pay by card when you book online. Venmo and Zelle are also accepted; ask Coach Isaac when you book.

What if we need to cancel?

Reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours ahead at no charge. Cancellations with less notice, or missed sessions, count as a used session.

Do packages expire?

Yes. 5-session packages are good for 2 months and 10-session packages for 4 months from purchase, so training stays consistent.

Is there a waiver?

Yes. A parent or guardian signs a short liability waiver when booking the first session.
